A relaxed 90-minute evening of mindful doodling designed to help you slow down, unwind and reconnect with yourself through pen and paper.
What to expect
🪷 A calm and comfortable space where we begin by settling in, taking a moment to arrive with a few gentle stretches and connecting with the breath in whatever way feels natural to you.
🖊 All materials are provided. You are also welcome to bring a sketchbook or a creative project you are currently working on if you would like.
☕ Warm drinks and cozy evening energy while we explore guided pen and paper exercises designed to create unexpected and expressive artwork.
