What is Online Mindful Doodling? (virtually)

These sessions are currently paused.

Pay-as-you go, end of month LIVE online sessions, led by Rebekah. We reflect on the past month, look to centre ourselves and to the month ahead. Setting intentions and creating space releases energy by creatively slowing down our nervous system. Practicing this mindful exercise can help support your journey in calming your daily responses to stress.

Spaces are limited to keep it cosy.

Here as some step by steps guides on how to prepare:

  1. Get comfy - Find yourself a comfortable space, on the sofa, in bed, wherever you are most relaxed (even in your pjs!). Clear your space, check your lighting, make sure you have enough space around you to stretch your arms out wide. Take a moment to be mindful and present before you log on. Turning your camera on is optional.

  2. Bring a pen or anything else you want to make marks with and at least 2 or 3 pieces of paper. Not essential but the bigger the paper the better. What is essential is an open mind. (Feel free to experiment with materials, but this session does include some movement so paints / water are not recommended but you could always paint it later?).

  3. No artistic skills required – but they are welcomed. There are no mistakes in meditative doodling. We will be in our own flow and releasing energy with permission and without judgement.
