About the event
“Mindful Doodling with Voy, is led by Rebekah. We create a moment to relax and introduce the art of training the nervous system to realise a calmer state with pen and paper. The sessions are aimed at non-creatives, although all skills are welcome.”
In this special 90minute family-centred session we embrace love and kindness and simple introduction into origami with folding our art into hearts. We focus on positive affirmations, groun
ding and collaboration, acceptance and self-expression. The class is gently guided with encouragement to slow-down to create without judgement and expectations.
***Please note access is in the corner of Rydens Grove. Please arrive on time to settle, as late-comers can disrupt the flow of the session which will start promptly at 2:30. Thank you kindly.
