Join me and other interested folk for my online mindful doodling classes. The aim is to help you destress, create a calm, focussed and relaxed space for you in your own comfort.


These sessions are an introduction into unwinding your mind before bed with guided breath, pen and paper.

Come on a journey and practice the art of slowing down. No artistic skills required – although they are welcomed. There are no mistakes in meditative doodling.

We will be in our own flow, releasing energy with permission and without judgement with pen and paper (and you can keep your camera off). Spaces are limited to keep the sessions cozy.

💫 Pen (not a biro or pencil, think felt tip, fine marker etc)


💫 3-4 sheets of paper (A4 or bigger)
